RETURN POLICY

1. Damage. You can only request return in the reason of damage within 3 days after you receive. After 3 days, we will not be responsible for damage, so when you receive the goods, please check it right away.

2. Defect or Dissatisfaction

   If you purchase from our stock, you can request return in the reason of defect or dissatisfaction within 30 days from the day your order received.

   If you order from us, not buying from our stocks, you can request return only in the reason of defect within 30 days from the day your order received. If in the reason of dissatisfaction or others, partial refund may apply as this is ordered product.

3. Proof. Whether damage or defect, we require you to provide the picture or video proof.

4. Warranty. After 30 days, we can only offer exchange or maintenance for your order.

5. Claim. We can offer return or exchange but we will not accept the claim more than the product. Any return or claim in the reason of defect, we will check the proof or make quality inspection and then decision will be made.

Exceptions

  • Returns, exchanges or warranties without receipt or proof may not be accepted.
  • Ink cartridges, media, and memory cards, books, DVDs, CDs, mattresses and portable beds may only be returned if unopened.

Some products at Decoraport are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
