What delivery service do you use?
To give you the best possible service, we use a variety of couriers depending on which best suits your needs. We will tell you which courier company is handling your delivery when we send you your shipping confirmation email. Please note that the package must be accepted and signed for by someone at your delivery address.
What are my shipping options?
Online - There are several ways to receive your decoraport.com order:
- Standard Delivery: The economical delivery method.
- Expedited Delivery: The fastest delivery -- when you can't wait for your cool stuff
The finalized charges will appear in the final step of the checkout. These costs are calculated based on the product selection (depending on size, weight and volume) and your shipping address.
*Holiday delivery deadlines only apply for products that are in stock at the time of purchase. An additional delay of 3-5 days can occur for web-only products. Please note that this is not a delivery guarantee as further delays that are out of our control may still occur.
Can I ship to a PO box address?
Yes. To make sure that orders being sent to PO boxes and rural route addresses get to their proper destination, please include a physical street address or highway number with your order. Items that are over 30KG will only be available for pick up at the local courier pick up depot.
Please note: Oversized items, Scheduled Delivery items, and dangerous goods (such as pressurized CO2 cannisters) require a civic address and cannot be shipped to PO Boxes.
How do I track my order?
Click the link found in the confirmation email you received when your order was shipped.
You can also check the status of your order by clicking on the My Account link at the top of our home page.
Accountholders - You can login to your account using your account information and select the applicable order you wish to track.
Guest users -You can enter your order number, first name, last name, and billing postal code to track your order.
Unfortunately, we do not have tracking numbers in place for Scheduled Delivery items at this time.
Please note that tracking may not be available for up to 24 hours after placing your order, and is not available for some Gift Cards, Music, or DVDs that are sent via letter mail. These typically arrive within 2-7 days. Beyond 7 days, please contact customer service for assistance.
If the tracking information indicates that your product is being returned to us or has become undeliverable, please contact our customer service department so one of our agents can assist in starting an investigation on your behalf. A delay in notifying us could result in a delay in the refunding process.
How will my item(s) be delivered?
Online - Delivery of your order is subject to the availability of our inventory and the shipping method you select.
We may split your order into more than one shipment, depending on the availability of each product. If your order is split you will not be charged for the extra delivery, although your shipping charges may be split over the various invoices. Your method of payment will not be charged until we have shipped your product. For Scheduled Delivery items, your method of payment will be charged once a delivery date is set up for you.
If you are not home to accept delivery, we will leave you a delivery notification card with further details and a pick up location. Please bring proper photo identification when you pick up your order.
