OUR COMMITMENT TO YOU

We will attempt to give you a refund or exchange on every item purchased at any Decoraport store or website: www.decoraport.com when you bring in your original receipt. When you don't have your receipt, we will offer a receipt look-up. Receipt look-up enables Decoraport to verify credit or debit card purchases within 90 days of the date of purchase.

RETURNS POLICY

Unopened items in original packaging returned with a receipt within 90 days of purchase will receive a refund to the original method of payment or will receive an exchange. Items that are opened, damaged and/or not in resalable condition may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Valid photo ID may be required to confirm this information.

EXCHANGES

Exchanges are handled in the same manner as product returns. To exchange a product, simply bring it to any Decoraport store within 90 days, in its original condition and packaging, with your receipt. Exceptions

There are some exceptions to our Returns Policy. These include:

  • Returns, exchanges or warranties on an item without a receipt may not be accepted.
  • A defective item is subject to the manufacturer’s warranty and will be repaired or replaced.
  • Electronics (home audio & video, personal audio & video, cameras & accessories, communications) may only be returned within 30 days. All other rules apply.
  • Auto electronics (backup cameras, Bluetooth, car audio, GPS, inverters, portable DVD, remote starters, satellite radio) may only be returned within 14 days. All other rules apply.
  • Ink cartridges, media, and memory cards, books, DVDs, CDs, mattresses and portable beds may only be returned if unopened. All other rules apply.
  • Live goods must be returned to original store of purchase.
  • Special order hard parts and specific application automotive parts must be returned to original store of purchase.

Exclusions

Some products at Decoraport are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. These include:

  • Gift Cards
  • Tinted paint and stain products
  • Products cut to length or modified
  • Magazines
  • Firearms
  • Ammunition
  • Fireworks
  • Clearance or final sale merchandise
  • Custom products
